What is My Account?
My Account is where you can view your account and billing history, change your password, update your contact information and manage your Usernames. It's a one-stop shop for managing your Ferns N Petals Malaysia account!
In my account you can:
Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, and email ids
Change your password
Track the status of your orders
To access all these options, you'll have to sign on with a your Username and password.

Can I remove the products in the cart?
Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your shopping cart. You need to click on 'manage your cart'. You will be able to see all products added in your cart. Click on the Remove button next to the item you wish to delete from your shopping cart. Use this link only when you have decided not to purchase any particular item which has been added to your cart.
Where to track my shipment of the orders?
You will see a 'Track Order' option on the header . Enter your order ID & you will be askedyou're your mobile number and billing email id. Please fill the details & click submit tol see the current status of your order on the screen.

How do I redeem my discount code?
Log on to my.fnp.com and select a product & checkout. After filling in shipping details you will have an option to redeem your coupon in the 'Order Summary' page. The redemption section pops up when you click on "I want to redeem my discount/gift coupons" check box. The coupon code needs be entered in this section, either in Gift certificate or in Discount coupon column.
Gift Certificate -
The vouchers of RM X off, needs to be entered in this column to avail the discount. Eg: RM 10 off or RM 15 off.
Discount Coupon -
The discount vouchers of X% off needs to be entered in this column to avail the discount. Eg: 10% off or 15% off etc.
You will get this field on the Order Summary page.
What is the difference between Discount vouchers and e-Gift vouchers?
Gift Vouchers -
These vouchers help you redeem an RM value, like RM 10 off on any purchase, and needs to be entered in the GIFT CERTIFICATE COLUMN, to avail the discount. Eg: RM 10 off or RM 15 off.
Discount Vouchers -
These vouchers help redeem a certain % off on your order value, like 10% off, which needs to be entered in the DISCOUNT COUPON COLUMN , to avail the discount. Eg: 10% off or 15% off etc.
Both there are alphanumeric codes.
How do I buy/gift an e-Gift Voucher?
You can buy e- gift vouchers from our marketing team. These vouchers will be alphanumeric e- codes which can be mailed or can be printed on the gift vouchers and presented. To buy it, please write to

A.Delivery will be made between 11.45 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned / asked delivery date
Q.What date should I select for the mid-night delivery?
A. You have to select a date prior to the occasion date. For eg; if the occasion is on 25th March then you have to select the date of delivery as 24th March for a midnight order.

A. please find the cut-off below for the above mentioned delivery options:
Same Day Delivery: You can place an order for the same day delivery till 5pm
Next Day Delivery: You can place an order for the next day till 11:59pm under Next Day Delivery option after which it becomes a same day delivery
Fix time Delivery: You can place the order for the fix time delivery for the same day till 6pm with a lead of 3 hours.
Mid-night Delivery: You can place the order for the midnight delivery for the same day till 6pm.
CARE QUESTIONS
How do I care for my flowers?
With the proper care your flowers can be long-lasting, but they dehydrate easily and may look thirsty upon arrival. Let your flowers drink water for about 16-24 hours to perk up. Watch them gracefully unfold to reveal their inner beauty.
Cut 1 inch off the stems and remove leaves that fall below the water line.
Fill vase with water and add 1 packet of flower food, if available.
Re-cut stems & change water on day 3.
Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat and drafts.
Remove spent leaves to keep bouquet looking fresh longer.
How do I care for my Plants?
Plants need love and care. The natural habitat of a plant is not exactly indoors. In an artificial environment, the plant depends only on you for all it necessities.
Air Temperature:
Most house plants tolerate normal temperature fluctuations. Excessively low or high temperatures may cause plant failures, stop growth, or cause spindly appearance and foliage damage or drop. A cooler temperature at night is actually more desirable for plant growth than higher temperatures. A good rule of thumb is to keep the night temperature 10 to 15 degrees lower than the day temperature.
Light:
Although, plants can be kept indoors, they need light for their growth. We must not forget that plants make their food by the process called photosynthesis. Light, we know is the vital factor in the photosynthesis process. Indoor plants will not grow in a dark or poorly lit room. Artificial lighting does enable the plant to grow properly.
Very often you must have noticed that plants grow only in one direction. This is because they are seeking light. To achieve a uniform growth, rotate the plants in their place periodically.
Indoor plants also need to be brought out for fresh air at least once a fortnight. Care should however be taken that the plants are not placed in direct sunlight. Doing so, even for 5 mins, will scorch the leaves of the plant.
Water:
Some people love their plants so much that they frequently water them thinking that by watering, the plants will continue to be healthy. In the process, they over water and kill the plant. Water is something which has to be applied very judiciously to the plants. They should neither the over watered or under watered. There is no definite guideline as to how much to water the plants. Experience is the best judge for watering. Feel the soil in the pot for dampness. If the soil is damp, the plant does not need watering. If it is dry sufficient water should be applied so that the water drains out from the drainage holes at the base of the pot. By applying less water, out of fear that the water will spoil the carpet, you run the risk of damaging the root system and killing the plant. Applying less water to the pot only wets the top surface of the soil. This forces the roots to grow upwards in search of water and getting exposed and possibly be damaged by some external factors.
Re-potting:
Plants cannot grow forever in the same pot. As the plant grows the roots gradually fill up the pot. It then needs to be planted in another pot. For the purpose of repotting, use a pot which is of the next larger size and has drainage holes at the bottom. The drainage holes are required to allow the excess water to flow out of the pot.
Fertilizing:
Fertilize the plants once in fourteen days. Use fertilizers which have a proper balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (N:P:K). These are the three elements most essential for the balanced growth of all plants. Nitrogen is essential for the growth of the stem and leaves, phosphorus for the roots, and potassium for the general sturdiness of the plant. The three chemicals need not be applied separately. There are ready chemicals with a mix of all the three.
Pruning:
Pruning is required to make the plant grow bushier and to give it the desired shape. It is also done to get rid of the diseased parts of the plant. Pruning should, however, be done only when the plant is in an active growing stage. Generally, the plant is not in an active growing stage during the winter season.
